My Journey: From Lockdown to Freedom!
December 2020, and the world was in the grips of a pandemic. Lockdowns had become the new normal, and after nine long months of navigating the chaos, the restrictions eased, and my family and I decided it was high time for a little holiday.
We packed our bags and set off for the stunning island of Lanzarote, ready to soak up some sun and switch off! What we didn’t expect was that this holiday would turn into a life-altering adventure!
Whilst enjoying the sunshine we got hit with the news that UK borders would close on 23rd December and schools would remain closed long after Christmas.
The advice was to fly home before this happened - but we made a bold and wild decision, let’s stay in Lanzarote and turn our vacation into a lifestyle!
Armed only with our suitcases full of beachwear, we dove headfirst into this thrilling journey.
Thanks to my online coaching business, which I’d built with love and passion, I was able to continue my work seamlessly, providing value to my clients while living on our small island.
This adventure taught me the magic of flexibility, resilience, and the importance of creating a business that fuels the life you’ve always wanted.
I have always known that success isn't about financial gain; it's about having the freedom to live life on your own terms.
